About Auto Lockout Service
We are a mobile auto lockout company working across all five New York City boroughs and Nassau County. We open locked vehicles. That is the entire business, and keeping it that narrow is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation.
One Job, Done Properly
Most companies that will open your car door do a dozen other things as well — towing, jump starts, tyre changes, house lockouts, key cutting. There is nothing wrong with that, but it has a consequence: whoever turns up is carrying a bit of equipment for everything and the full kit for nothing.
We went the other way. Vehicle lockouts only, which means the wedges, the reach tools and the vehicle-specific know-how are already in the van before the phone rings. When the job is the only job, you get better at it, and you stop guessing about which car has the unlock button where.
The narrowness also shows up in what we say no to. We do not open houses or offices. We do not cut keys or program fobs. We do not replace ignitions, extract broken keys, or tow. If your problem is one of those, you will hear it in the first ten seconds of the call along with who to ring instead.
That costs us work. It also means nobody waits an hour for someone who was never going to be able to help.
The Three Things We Will Not Compromise On
No damage. Ever.
A door is opened through the frame with an air wedge and a coated reach tool. Nothing is drilled, nothing is pried against paint, and glass is never broken. If a job cannot be done that way, it does not get done — a window is not a solution, it is a second problem.
The price is the price.
$125 flat for a standard car, quoted on the phone before anyone is sent out, and it does not change at 3am, in the rain, or once someone is standing beside your car. Larger vehicles get a real number on the call rather than a range.
We check whose car it is.
Before a door is opened you confirm you own the vehicle or are authorised to drive it, and show identification. It takes thirty seconds. It is also the difference between a legitimate operator and someone you should not want anywhere near your car.
Covering New York City and Nassau County
The footprint is Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, The Bronx, Staten Island and Nassau County. It is one region rather than a franchise map, which is why the price and the hours are identical across all of it.
Each area works differently in practice, and the area pages say so — Manhattan is mostly garages, Brooklyn brings alternate-side parking into it, Staten Island is largely driveways, and Nassau County is dominated by station and retail lots. Knowing that before arriving is most of what makes a job go smoothly.
